Shrinkty is staffed by nationally board-certified physician assistants, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and a board-certified psychiatrist who serves as medical director — a multi-disciplinary team caring for Tennesseans ages 13 and up, in person and by telehealth.
Joshua Davenport, MPAS, PA-C
Founder · Physician Assistant
Joshua is a nationally board-certified physician assistant specializing in mental health and addiction medicine. He earned a BS with a concentration in biochemistry and a BA in Spanish from Middle Tennessee State University, and his physician assistant post-graduate degree from Lipscomb University. He served as adjunct faculty for 3 years and is currently a preceptor for MTSU's Physician Assistant Studies program. He also precepts students for Lipscomb, Trevecca, and South College Physician Assistant Programs.
Dr. Kondapavuluru, MD
Medical Director · Board-Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. Kondapavuluru is a board-certified psychiatrist in adult and geriatric psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency at Meharry Medical College in Nashville and a geriatric psychiatry fellowship at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
He has practiced in Tennessee since the 1990s, including at Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute and the VA, and previously served as an Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt.

Araceli is a nationally board-certified physician assistant. She earned a BS with a concentration in biochemistry from MTSU and a Master of Health Science in PA Studies from Lipscomb University.
